AI VIDEO PREVIZ
Previsualization transmits vision. A film built before the film — an opportunity for accord. Directors, clients, and crews arrive at the same understanding before anything irreversible begins. The edit is pre-agreed. The ambitions are shared. What follows on set is pure execution.
Sixty percent of a shooting budget dissolves into logistics. Every set built for a scene the edit will not keep, every crew hour spent on a shot that gets replaced — is waste. Previsualization cuts it before it is incurred, and spares the carbon it would have consumed.
AI now tells the story with sufficient fidelity to analyse rhythm, structure, and emotional register in motion — with a precision that animatics have never been able to offer. We have never had this instrument before.
The sequence above demonstrates directorial control over light, material, movement, and atmosphere. A double-gun lapel remains beyond the model's current reach. But the weave of leather, the light physics of Italian nappa — when properly instructed, the model delivers. More territory falls each month. What exists today is already sufficient for previsualization, and therefore sufficient to make better production decisions.
This sequence is a spec piece made in respect and acknowledgment of the brand it references. Direction, generation, sound design, and execution are mine alone. It was produced to establish a production method, to measure the model's data ingest capacity, and to test the representation of materials — a tool too new to have commissioned work behind it. It is shared here in the intimacy of this contact. It will not circulate beyond it.
