Sixty percent of a shooting budget dissolves into logistics. Every set built for a scene the edit will not keep, every crew hour spent on a shot that gets replaced — is waste. Previz cuts it before it is incurred. Today, early 2026,
AI previz cannot replace the live shooting the product or the actor, and yet it can get us close enough to test ideas further, with color, with rhythm and if I am doing it, with real sound.
