Every project begins with a mutual NDA. Your brief, brand identity, strategic direction, and all materials shared during collaboration remain strictly confidential. My proprietary workflow and creative process for AI-assisted generation are protected under the same agreement. Confidentiality is reciprocal. — neither party may disclose any element of the engagement without written consent from the other.
I create brand-aligned visual content for US agencies and brands across five disciplines: Stylized Storyboards, Brand Visuals, Campaign-Ready, Activation Visuals, and Scored Previz.
For AI-assisted deliverables — Brand Visuals, Campaign-Ready, and Scored Previz — every project includes a complete authorship file: original sketches, compositional decisions, directorial annotations, and the full chain of creative refinements from research to final image. Under current U.S. copyright law, purely AI-generated works receive no protection — but works where a human exercises substantial creative control over composition, selection, and expression do. My process is designed to meet that standard. You receive imagery with a documented human authorship trail that supports copyright registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, in line with its January 2025 guidance on AI-assisted works and the March 2026 Supreme Court reaffirmation that human authorship remains the bedrock requirement.
Upon full payment, exploitation rights transfer to you under terms defined in the project agreement — including scope of use, territory, duration, and permitted adaptations. These terms are negotiated per project. They reflect what you need, not a blanket license.
Stylized Storyboards and Activation Visuals are delivered as traditional creative work under standard illustration terms. Rights in these works are defined in the project agreement and follow the same principle: scope, territory, and duration are agreed before work begins.
All invoicing is in US dollars. Payment terms, milestone structure, and late-payment provisions are defined before work begins. Every project is scoped individually — a conversation about your brief is the only honest way to define what it requires and what it is worth.

UNIVERSAL PRODUCTION TERMS

Kickoff: 50% deposit required to secure the production slot, resources and to begin creative work.
Should the project be cancelled at a late stage, 10% of the total is non-refundable as a cancellation fee. -
Completion: Remaining 50% due within 7 days of final delivery.

SCORED PREVIZ
Creating a previz mobilizes a large number of the steps previously described. Previsualization requires the constitution of product bibles, character sheets, space references, and lighting references — all developed through a proprietary methodology available for review during a project call.
Like the storyboard, previz is an excellent tool for controlled production when budgets are high. 60% of a shooting budget is spent on logistics — it only takes the previsualization to save one or two shots or sets to justify its cost and value.
The sound design accompanying the previz is developed to convey intentions of spatialization, tonality, sound effects, and mixing, among many other dimensions. Delivery formats available: Stereo, 5.1, and 7.1. All footage is delivered at 4K UHD, processed through a dedicated cinematic upscaling pipeline to ensure stability and clarity at full agency screening-room scale.
AI production does not replace real shooting in most high-stakes films. There is the authenticity issue, and the reality that current models struggle to adapt to the true needs of product portrayal: new garments, novel textures, and specific design elements can only be represented in an approximate rather than strictly precise way — at least not with ease and speed as of early 2026. Commerce cannot be held to what a model learned three to six months ago. Nevertheless, previz is largely unaffected by this limitation, because AI can get "close enough" for the purpose.
That said, AI is an excellent tool for anticipating lighting, materials, framing quality, camera choices, actor movement, and micro-gestures, as well as invented or real locations. A previz is a film meant to be surpassed by the real shoot, through the nuance and authentic dimension of reality. The task at hand is to ensure that narrative continuity, actions, emotions, and the rendering of textures under shifting light conditions are all agreed upon before arriving on set.
By carrying out this pre-production work and pre-agreeing on the edit with the client, the team arrives better prepared and works more efficiently: you shoot what you need, because you already know your final cut.
